Hi, I am Mira Usonkanova. Throughout many years of personal training, I’ve educated and supported many people, especially woman in their health and fitness journeys!

I’ve made it my personal mission to help as many women as possible to achieve their ideal level of fitness and to feel more confident and happier! I believe that fitness should be part of any balanced lifestyle and is important for all ages, abilities and walks of life.

I grew up playing sports (dancing, running, basketball) all the way through school & college.My biggest achievement in my life is my 2 young children. And my biggest motivation in my life ? Just keep challenging myself . I see life almost like one long university education that I never had — every day I am learning something new! Always be your own motivation.

I am a big fan of lifting weights, and I am a IFBB competitor in Fitness bikini/fitness model categories. I love teaching Strength & HIIT classes, incorporating Powerlifting movements with HIIT-style accessory work. There is nothing better than seeing people push themselves to places they’ve never been.
